We were very impressed with the attention to detail and quality of this team and product. We knew we wanted tilt and turn double glazing for three rooms, and they have turned out magnificently. Craig did the installation and was able to adjust one of the windows up a little when the new desk being built into the window frame was higher than expected, so the clearance which looked like being a problem, was resolved. We took a little leap of faith after a very easy going and clear quote by Alan on a Saturday morning and did not regret it at all. We really liked the quality of the 3 windows & screens installed less than two weeks later (in time for Christmas) and were impressed by the ease, cleanliness & speed with which Craig got everything done. We will defintitely be back for the rest of the house!

If you want a first class product and first class installation, look no further. This is a great product you will love the difference they make to noise and heat, dont be ripped off by other companys, can't recommend them enough great job great product. Firms like this are hard to find,if you want double glazing ring them and you wont regret it.

living on a busy street and often woken up for a loud rumble of the trucks or bikes passing, PVC double glazed windows was a priority for us before any other renovation and they were one very efficient company to respond quickly, come and see and lay the options for us.

Alan, Craig and the team were outstanding from beginning to end. No hassle planning and good comms with us the client. When the job started there was minimal disruption and it was like they weren't even there!! The finish has been brilliant and our windows and doors look great. Overall pricing was very reasonable and no hidden extras or costs. Highly recommended.

 

I was very pleased with the neat and tidy job on my windows.

The existing plaster was wet and there was concern that it would come away but the guys fitted the windows with no damage at all.

I didn't even have mess to clean up.

 

I had 3 different styles of double glazed windows installed just over 1 year ago - several other companies would not consider the specific requirements that I had but Alan was incredible.

Nothing was too much trouble and he made it happen in a timely and very professional manner. A few days ago I had a small issue with one of the windows - called Alan - within 24 hours the issue has been resolved. The windows have reduced the temperature, glare and noise in the west facing room. Highly recommended product and excellent customer service.
